PHES – as usual this stock is still sleeping. Mo major news, no movement. Everybody is waiting for that JV announcement with ALI. It will have the annual stockholders meeting on Sep 24, 2012 3:30 pm. Thus, I expect major stockholders and even retailers to attend the meeting to clarify the current plans of the company. I am sure the meeting will be lively and the questions and answers animated.

Short Term - If you can buy at .66 and sell at .68 and do this every day, you’ll profit from it. Last Friday’s price action is positive but not definitive. It’s definitely worth watching on Monday. A positive price action and a trading halt will be good for this stock and perhaps the much awaited entry for this stock. We will see if the price breaks the .63 if there is No JV with ALI.

Long-term - if the JV with ALI is announced on Monday, I’ll buy with a target price of 2.70. If the JV with ALI is not announced, this stock may go back to its sleepy ways.

BHI - no disclosures and news that will shake it from its current sideways movement.

Short Term - The stock is forming a flag. Inside the flag is a small box which can be used for day trading. It is in the lower end of the trading small box. Buy at .155 and sell at .169. The cutloss point is the 32 SMA which is .150.

RSI tends to go up above 50. Friday is a doji and the last time we saw a doji, this stock went up. MACD is pointing downwards suggesting a down momentum.

The buy below price still doesn’t change to minimize risks.
However, I was able to buy at .164 with a target price of .169 for a small profit. Let’s see how it will pan out on Monday.

Long Term - I revised the buy below price to .158 which is the BVPS of the stock. My reason is that the appraised value is .51 which is more than 200% increase of its current book value. Aside from that, the Puerto Azul is not yet included in the book value computation. The buy below 11 is too low and perhaps the stock will never go back to that price but just in case it goes backs to that price level, it will be a screaming buy.

Note: Buying the above stocks is not advisable. You can lose more than 50% of your capital.

I trust God. I am not afraid. What can mortals do to me? Psalm 56:11
